When you use Social Glide AI, we collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, connect your Google My Business account, or communicate with us. This includes your name, email address, and Google account information.
Our application uses Google APIs to fetch and respond to reviews on your behalf. Social Glide AI's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use your Google data strictly to provide the core functionality of our service (reading and replying to reviews generated by your customers). We do not sell your Google data to third parties, nor do we use it for serving advertisements.
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. Your Google OAuth tokens are stored securely in our database.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can completely revoke Social Glide AI's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account settings page.
